Degreasing Flocculant
Properties
Degreasing flocculant is a new type of high-molecular compound. It appears to be light yellow transparent liquid as well as light yellow powder or flake. Degreasing flocculant has a special polymeric form and stronger cohesion, adsorption, sedimentation properties. It can treat the waste water with high oil content; meanwhile, it can also greatly remove SS, COD, BOD, chroma, and microbes in water. As a fast, efficient, multi-functional special flocculant, degreasing flocculant has a stronger adaptability to the raw water pH, temperature, turbidity, and organics. Excessive dosing of it does not cause side effects, and has no corrosion. It is widely used in steel, oil refining, oil field, other waste water and industrial water treatment.

Usage
(1) The appropriate dosage is determined by experiments, according to the category and concentration of the oily water, combining indicators such as SS, COD, BOD, and pH, etc..
(2) The solid products should be dissolved, stirred, and made into aqueous solution with a certain concentration before adding. The liquid products should be diluted before adding.
(3) Users can select the appropriate adding points and methods according to their own technical conditions.
Packaging & Storage
The liquid products are packed in polyethylene plastic barrel, and the solid products are packed in braided bag lined with plastic bag.
Degreasing flocculant is somewhat corrosive. It should be sealed and stored in a ventilated and dry place, preventing exposure to rain, heat or sun. The shelf life of liquid product is 6 months, while the shelf life of solid product is 12 months.
